Stock Availability

Sisterhouse makes best efforts to keep our product list current and available in stock. If however an item is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

 

Pricing and Ordering

All prices shown on the treeearrings.co.nz website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax ) treeearrings.co.nz accepts the following forms of payment:

• Bank deposits (New Zealand only)

We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on this site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit card details or the bank deposit you submit to us before your order can be accepted.

If you choose to pay by bank deposit we offer a 3% discount

 

Shipping

We only deliver to registered addresses in New Zealand.

New Zealand orders are shipped with Fastway Couriers with the ability to be tracked and traced.

Delivery estimates:

• Local $8.00 2-4 days approx
• National $12.00 5-7 days approx
• Rural $17.00 7-10 days approx

We are happy to track orders for you if you have a query about delivery times. Contact us at [email protected].

Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested delivery information. Along with payment details which are valid and correct.

If you want to send an item overseas contact us at [email protected] with the address and product. We will look for the best shipping option for you and confirm with you before proceeding with any transaction.

Sisterhouse is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties and restrictions that vary from country to country.

 

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at [email protected] or call us on 027 2794829 within 7 days from the date of purchase to arrange a replacement or exchange.

The item must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items need to be unused and in it’s original packaging. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer but we will happily cover the cost of returning the exchanged item
